Service is trimmed for each customer and we can deal with rapid prototyping including 24 hour PCB production as well as cost optimized small series production in a reasonable time frame.

RT-RK is experienced in component purchasing, assembly and bringing up of such series of devices, according to the IPC procedures, both unique single devices made by hand, and small series assembled in semi-automatic and automatic processes. We increase the reliability of our products by performing advanced production techniques, e.g. automatic visual inspection for assembled boards, and temperature cycling and product sample ageing. We have special business relationship with electronics manufacturing companies in Serbia and in the region, which gives us the strength to use production processes characteristic for massive production in the early stages of the product's life cycle.

For the complete prototype build-up RT-RK uses 3D printed plastic prototype housings, customized standard metal and plastic housing. This gives us the opportunity to have a precise solution overview before the industrialization, before massive investment in tools and facilities.
