Novi Sad, Serbia-October 30, 2018 – Following a policy of building a strong ecosystem of technology partners with relevant expertise and global footprint, BMW proclaims TTTech a strategic partner to push forward with scalability and development of Level 3 and Level 4/5 autonomous driving functions (Highway Pilot and Urban Pilot). BMW says that the partners have been chosen for proven expertise in development of both software platforms and autonomous driving technologies. The former is of key importance to roll out the software stack within the autonomous driving platform to third parties.
“We are pleased by the latest reaffirmation from BMW. TTTech backed up by the RT-RK automotive division performs well, and we are expanding our deployment. We are contented to have been recognized for development of both applications for autonomous driving and the platform software, through a long-term contract,” said Nikola Teslic CEO of RT-RK. “The all-embracing approach of BMW’s autonomous driving development, the strong alliance, will speed up the process.
