This year, the Job Fair was a very special event for us, because it was held live after several years. At the stand in the Banquet Hall, students got acquainted with the projects through various demos and received first-hand information about the culture and values of our company. The mentoring approach that we offer through the scholarship program, orientation towards knowledge sharing and team spirit have caused positive reactions.

Our colleagues: Miroslav Bako, Nemanja Todorović and Branislav Jevtić talked with the students about applying their knowledge and ideas to products for users around the world. Former students of the scholarship program, and today our engineers, Milica Peleš and Tijana Đorđević shared their experiences, while Stefan Aćimović gave an overview of projects in the field of digital television at the “Tech Talk” presentation. To everyone who attended the excellent panel discussion “Go the right way!”, my colleague Nikola Krajnović explained the details of RT-RK opportunities for final year students and graduates. Participants of the “Job Interview” workshop had the opportunity to get to know part of the selection process through an interview with the HR team.

The attendance of the event exceeded our expectations, as well as the interest in the content at the stand. All visitors received appropriate gifts, and those who had enough knowledge and successfully completed the quiz won special prizes. We are pleased that we had the opportunity to meet future experts. We look forward to future gatherings!
