Quality, ISMS, and data protection
RT-RK is driven by two main objectives: quality of deliverables and on-time delivery.
The Quality Management System was first implemented and certified in 2011, and has been recertified regularly since, with the current validity until 31/05/2026.
QMS with ISMS (Information Security Management System) together compose an Integrated Management System (IMS).
RT-RK focuses on close relationships with clients, where mutual effort invested in technologies and projects result in high quality products and services.
All processes are in scope of QMS and harmonized with ISO 9001:2015.
RT-RK is committed to implementation and continuous improvement of the management systems’ effectiveness.
Sustainability and some environmental requirements are also part of IMS.
Data processing agreements and NDAs are in place in relation to subcontractors and suppliers.
Data protection measures are part of the Information Security Management System.
Data protection measures are compliant with GDPR, as well as with the Serbian law on personal data protection.
RT-RK supplies processes to companies that have valid TISAX labels. That means that RT-RK processes are compliant with TISAX requirements.
The Information Security Management System fulfils all TISAX requirements for: Information Security Very High protection level.
Personal data protection and protection of data subject rights are covered by:
- Adopted policies and control measures
- Privacy policies for data subjects
