Quality, ISMS, and data protection
RT-RK is driven by two main objectives: quality of deliverables and on-time delivery.
The ISO 9001 standard (Quality Management System) was first implemented and certified in 2011, and has been recertified regularly since then, with the current validity until 31/05/2026.
The ISO 27001 standard (Information Security Management System) was first certified in September 2024 with validity until 03/10/2027.
QMS (Quality Management System) and ISMS (Information Security Management System) together compose an Integrated Management System (IMS). All processes are in scope of QMS and ISMS and harmonized with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022.
RT-RK has established a Quality Policy and an Information Security Policy that provide a framework for setting quality and information security goals.
RT-RK focuses on close relationships with clients, where mutual effort invested in technologies and projects results in high-quality products and services. RT-RK is committed to the implementation and continuous improvement of the management systems’ effectiveness. Sustainability and environmental requirements are also part of IMS.
Data processing agreements and NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) are in place in relation to subcontractors and suppliers. Data protection measures are part of the Information Security Management System and are compliant with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as with the national law on personal data protection.
