Manufacturers of network-connected devices are facing an increasing challenge in managing them remotely. When a large number of devices are deployed in the field, it becomes essential to ensure reliable monitoring, rapid issue response, secure software updates, and performance optimization - all without physical access to each individual device. RT-RK enables exactly this approach—centralized and remote management of connected devices through advanced Device Management Solutions (DMS).

RT-RK’s solutions provide full lifecycle control over devices, including remote monitoring, configuration and management, software updates, operational process automation, and continuous data collection. By transforming device data into actionable insights, the system supports informed business decision-making that enhances service quality and operational efficiency.

Through a centralized web application, organizations gain real-time visibility into device status and performance. They can identify and resolve issues and execute operational actions remotely, reducing downtime and operational costs. Our DMS solutions are modular, scalable, and highly customizable, enabling easy adaptation to specific use cases, device types, and business requirements, and making them a strong foundation for managing complex device ecosystems.

VALUES

Operational Efficiency

Reduce customer support costs and truck-rolls

Remote troubleshooting: logs, screenshots, reboot, OTA updates

RFaster incident resolution → improved NPS & QoE

Visibility & Control

Real-time monitoring of managed devices

Device& app-level telemetry: crashes, performance, usag

Works across Android,Tizen, webOS, Linux-based devices

Ownership & Flexibility

Fully white-label solution – operator owns platform and data

Hosted on AWS to deliver telecom-grade security, seamless scalability, and uninterrupted service

Open APIs → integrates with CRM, OSS/BSS, legacy ACS systems

Key features

  • Telemetry – Enables remote access and data collection from devices. The platform monitors device status and performance, allows configuration, and automatically records key information for analytics and operational optimization.
  • Remote Debugging Diagnostics – When a user reports an issue, the operations team can immediately connect remotely to the device, collect logs, run diagnostics, and resolve the problem without the need for on-site intervention.
  • Bulk Operations – Execute commands on a group of devices simultaneously. For example, devices at remote locations can be restarted, caches cleared, or applications installed/uninstalled automatically, saving time and resources.
  • Software Upgrade Over-the-Air – Allows selective or group software upgrades directly from the platform for devices with specific hardware models, without the need for physical access.
  • Dashboard – Provides a fast and clear overview of key performance indicators (KPIs) and device/service status, enabling efficient performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.

WHITE-LABEL END TO END SOFTWARE SOLUTION

The DMS solution consists of two key components

  • DMS Platform
A device management platform that enables remote monitoring, control, and analytics. It is integrated with customer systems and managed through the centralized BackOffice web application. Operational teams gain a single point of access to manage all deployed devices in the field, including fleet overview, device-level diagnostics, dashboards, analytics, and operational actions.
  • Device-side Connectivity Agent
A lightweight agent integrated into the target device, responsible for secure cloud connectivity, telemetry reporting, remote command execution, log collection, remote access, and participation in software upgrade workflows. The agent is adaptable to various operating systems (Linux, Android, Tizen, iOS), efficient, and supports a modern SDK.
